No need to feel guilty anymore about that double-shot Americano that gets you going in the morning. In fact, coffee is looking more and more like a health drink. Among its remarkable benefits, new research shows, coffee may reduce the risk of diabetes, heart attack, gallstones, Parkinson’s disease, kidney stones, and cirrhosis. One caveat is that black coffee may lead to thinner bones, especially in women, but the simple solution is to add milk to your coffee.

You know… coffee has zero effect on me. So far…
I can not resist sleep. When sleep comes, I cannot fight it. This does represent a problem when I need to stay up late at night studying. So, recently, I started drinking coffee, which I don’t like much, but want its effect. In the beginning, I was able to stay up because of that. However, as time went by, the effect become more subdued.
But guess what? I fell asleep, the other day, while actually drinking coffee. How stupid is that? I woke up an hour or so later and drank the rest (cold, of course) before falling back to slumber XD XD
Maybe I need to increase the dose and drink 2 cups a day. Only, I don’t want to get addicted to it. My Japanese teacher says he drinks 700+ cups a year. A Japanese lady I know drinks like 3 or 4 cups a day 😮
